Booking terms and conditions for training

Wonder Leads is committed to delivering a positive service at all levels of our organisation. The purpose of this page is to make you aware of everything you need to know about our course booking process in order to help everything run a smoothly as possible.

Open Group Training


Due to the limited number of places we have available, prospective attendees must pre-register through our website. There is no charge to pre-register and it does not commit you to attend one of our courses. Neither does registration guarantee you a place.

Booking notifications

Once we have received a sufficient number of pre-registrations, we will send all registrants an email containing the dates and timing of the upcoming Training event. We will also include a link to our secure online booking portal.


Payment for all courses must be made in advance through our secure online portal. We accept all major credit and debit cards. You will receive an invoice once payment has been processed. VAT is applicable on all payments at the prevailing rate.


Course bookings are strictly on a first-come-first-served basis. Places are only secured once payment has been received. We cannot hold places for people.

Minimum numbers

All courses we run require a minimum number of bookings to be placed on each course. Where this number is not reached, we may choose to cancel or reschedule the course. In cases of cancellation, individuals with confirmed bookings will be offered alternative dates. If nothing suitable can be provided then a full refund will be given. A minimum of 14 days notice will be provided.

Substitute attendees

It is possible to substitute an alternative attendee on any place booked at no additional cost. Written confirmation must be received no less than 24 hours prior to the event.


We understand that cancellations may occur and for reasons that may well be outside of your control. Our cancellation policy is designed to be as fair as possible:

Cancellations requests received within:

  • 7 days of the training start date will receive no refund.
  • 8 – 14 days of the training start date will be refunded 25% of the course fee.
  • 15 – 20 days of the training start date will be refunded 50% of the course fee.
  • 21 – 29 days of the training start date will be refunded 75% of the course fee.
  • 30+ days of the training start date will be refunded 100% of the course fee.

To cancel your course, please send an email to To help us process your cancellation request as quickly as possible, please include your name, company, booking reference number and booking date, together with the reason for your cancellation.

Booking transfers

Depending on availability and notice given, it may be possible to transfer your booking to another Wonder Leads Training course date. We are not obliged to ensure suitable alternatives are available.

  • Transfers are not allowed within 14 days of the training course start date.
  • Transfers made within 15 – 20 days of the training start date will be charged 20% of the course fee.
  • Transfers made within 21 – 30 days of the training start date will be charged 10% of the course fee.

A booking can only be transferred once. Subsequent transfers will be treated as cancellations.

Course content

We constantly work to improve our training programme to deliver the best possible service to our customers. We reserve the right to alter or amend the advertised content of any course without notice. We reserve the right to alter the advertised schedule of courses, which may include cancellation of a course.

Venue changes

On rare occasions it may be necessary to move training to another venue from the one originally proposed. Should these circumstances arise, we will aim to make the new location as close as possible to the planned location and give as much notice as possible to all attendees.


We are not liable for any losses or expenses, including consequential, arising from any such alterations or amendments to the programme content and schedule including cancellation.

Anti-harassment policy

Wonder Leads take the welfare of our people extremely seriously. We do not tolerate harassment in any form, whether directed at our team, partners or other attendees. This includes (but is not limited to) foul, or abusive language, aggressive behaviour, sexual harassment or inappropriate conduct.

Any attendee who is deemed to be in breach of this policy will be excluded for the course and asked to leave the premises immediately. In extreme cases, the police may be called.

In circumstances of forced exclusion, no refund will be offered and the attendee will be solely liable for any expenses incurred as a result of their exclusion.

Intellectual property

All learning and training materials you receive as an attendee of a Socialaser Training course remain the sole intellectual property of Wonder Leads. You may not copy, share, reproduce or adapt them without express prior permission.

Allergies and intolerances

We aim to cater for all food requirements. Please inform us at the time of booking whether you have any food allergies or intolerances so that we can make sure suitable alternatives are available.
